Bookings & Tariff

Dunmore Cottage is almost always booked solid for the (high) season between December 20 and May 1, and Guests occupying each of the time slots usually indicate their desire to return the following year. This, however, is not always the case, and good weeks here and there do turn up each year.

TARIFF All rates are per week (preferably Saturday to Saturday) and include housekeeping and 1 night of in-home cooking. Rates are based on number of bedrooms (with three being the minimum) as follows:

4th. Bedroom (up to 8 persons) ……..$3900.

Guest Cottage (up to 10 persons)……..$4400.

(There is a $350.00 surcharge per week for rentals in March and at Christmas)

Rates above MINUS 10% for 2 week successive rental, or 3 week non-successive rental.
 

Cart Rentals: The Cottage's manager, Anthony Dean, offers a new 4 passenger golf cart for rental at competitive pricing. Please call Anthony at 242.333.2604.

Boat Rentals:  Anthony Dean also rent's a 16' center console Skiff, "D.C.". He'll tie it to the buoy directly in front of the cottage, and rent it on a daily or weekly basis. Call Anthony at 242.333.2604.

Summer Rentals: July 16 - October 15, 2005, deduct 15% from the above rates. Also, less than full-week rentals are accepted on a per night rate of 1/7th the applicable weekly rate**, minimum 3 nights.
 
** 3 or 4 night rents, add $150. additional cleaning fee to total rent. 5 or more nights, no added fee
